Recital for Trans Voices Returns This weekend!

This Saturday, April 4th, TRANScend returns to Houghton Hall for our second annual Trans Day of Visibility recital! We have 23 singers & ensembles lined up for a packed afternoon of trans & gender-nonconforming talent, and we hope you’ll join us for as much of the program as you’re able. The turnout for our recital last year was absolutely incredible, and we’d love to pack the ballroom again this weekend to spread the joy of trans visibility to as many people as we can.

Our singers come from all backgrounds & gender identities, and have all been involved with TRANScend over the last year. We have veteran performers, and those who are just starting out, highlighting the wide range of talent and beauty the TGNC community has to offer.

The event runs from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and guests can RSVP for the full afternoon, or the first or second half only. We’ll have a break with refreshments provided between 2:30 & 3:30 pm.

This recital was organized by our TRANScend members and is completely free to attend, though donations are always appreciated.
